Sr bookkeeper (US Accounting)  are frequently responsible for many different duties, such as:

• Monitoring the daily bookkeeping task of multiple clients.
• Preparing year-end statements and consolidated statements periodically.
• Reconcile Account Receivable, Account Payables and Fixed Assets subledger balances.
• Preparing and reviewing inventory and tax payable adjustments.
• Experience in calculating sales tax for different state clients.
• Update of work papers with notes for CPA to review in a timely manner.

Sr Bookkeeper (Canadian Accounting) are frequently responsible for many different duties, such as:

• Prepare bank reconciliation and put necessary adjustment entry in GL.
• Calculation of GST/HST/PST and payroll process.
• Preparing Balance sheet reconciliations for various Balance sheet accounts.
• Reconcile Account Receivable, Account Payables and Fixed Assets subledger balances.
• Prepare financial reports based on client’s requirement.
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial transaction.
• Performs record -to- report bookkeeping.
